[He makes a faint, amused noise, and does in fact give her another tug to get them moving again. Always gotta be in charge... (He loves it, though.)

It's a quick walk to the workshop from here, and once they arrive he beelines for the pile of scout robots he's been trying to build for the sake of rift travel. There's one small, simple box tucked away (half-hidden) under the pile, and he finally lets go to un-bury it and offer it out to her.]

Here. I'm... not very good at presents. Or presenting them. [She knows this, after this long.] But I hope you like it.

You're good at presents, Athrun. Kira, Lacus, and I would wholeheartedly debate that with you.

[Anyway, she takes the box, looking at it curiously. Her gaze lifts to meet his momentarily before she opens it to reveal a small robotic hamster. Cagalli's eyes widen a little.]

[Well!! He will accept the compliment if she says so. But he really only builds robots for people, so he's screwed if someone comes along that doesn't like them.

[The box is placed on the work desk and the hamster removed. Cagalli holds it in her hands, peering at it with wonder and curiosity.]
